Our Monthly Themes establishes a prophetic roadmap for growth, movement, and Kingdom advancement throughout the year.
Our themes serve as a navigational system, guiding the direction of our journey throughout the year. They not only help us know where we are going, but they also give our partners and online viewers insight into what is unfolding and when it will unfold and what's is ahead.
Each theme provides a framework that shapes our teachings, conversations, gatherings, and community engagement throughout the month. In this way, the focus of the month influences the atmosphere and direction of our events, activities, and programs.
These themes help participants move through the year with intentionality, reflection, and purposeful alignment, allowing each month to build upon the next as we grow, develop, and advance together.
In many ways, these monthly themes help to transform the way we view events and programs and sharpens our scope and focus.
They highlight the spiritual posture, mindset, and movement we believe God is emphasizing for that season, helping our community prepare, align, and advance accordingly.
Each theme acts as a guiding lens for the month, influencing the direction of our gatherings and encouraging participants to engage the season with clarity, focus, and expectation.
Through this structure, the calendar becomes more than a schedule—it becomes a prophetic interruption that calls us to pivot, plan, and positioned ourselves intentionally in step with what God is revealing for the season ahead.
Kingdom Enforcers Network Educational Programs
Join Kingdom Enforcers Network for our additional educational programs, designed to educate, empower, and edify individuals as they grow in purpose, and Kingdom understanding.
Our programs are intentionally designed with a holistic approach, focusing on the development of the Spirit, Soul, and Body. We believe true growth occurs when individuals are strengthened spiritually, renewed mentally and emotionally, and equipped with practical insight that supports their overall well-being and purpose.
Throughout the year, we will host a variety of educational programs, workshops and seminars that provide participants with multiple opportunities to become a Healthy Temple for God.
To enhance the quality and depth of these programs, we will invite specialists and experts to be the lead host in the sessions within their respective fields of expertise. These guests will share their knowledge and experiences, offering practical tools and perspectives that contribute to the growth and well-being of individuals.
Additionally, we will curate and design structured learning materials that will be provided after each program. These resources are created to help participants revisit the teachings, reflect on key principles, and continue applying what they have learned beyond the live session.
Through these programs, Kingdom Enforcers Network remains committed to cultivating an environment where individuals are equipped, strengthened, and inspired to grow personally, spiritually, and purposefully.
The Esther Institute Global
"All things Royal"
The Esther Institute Global operates through two expressions:
1️⃣The Esther Institute Cohorts – Monthly class sessions for structured learning (Classes build the students.)
2️⃣ The Royal Court Global Gatherings Live Sessions – Monthly broadcast of the Royal Court Gathering for Kingdom Women. (Saturday builds the movement.)

In the book of Esther, important matters were discussed in the king’s court. Decisions, strategies, and decrees were made there.
Our broadcast becomes the modern-day royal court where Kingdom women gather.
We will invite women leaders, prophets, pastors, educators, and marketplace voices from all around the world.
The Global Royal Gathering will consist of:
- Royal Strategy Session
- Queen’s Roundtable discussions
- The Regional Royal Roundtable
- Royal Workshops and Royal Events featuring Special Topics and Guest
- Queens around the World
- Queen Spotlight Moments and Interviews (Highlighting women doing Kingdom work around the world)

Short mentoring conversations with seasoned leaders about: navigating ministry, balancing calling and life and wisdom for emerging leaders
👑Crown Conversations👑
Crown Conversations is an extension of The Esther Institute Global and is held every 3rd Saturday of each month at 10:00 AM on Zoom.
This monthly gathering brings women from all walks of life together around the “Royal table” for meaningful conversations centered around a featured topics for the month.

There are seasons in life when growth requires more than inspiration — it requires reflection, conversation, and intentional development.
The Esther Institute and Crown Conversations were created to provide spaces where women can engage thoughtfully with ideas that strengthen identity, expand perspective, and encourage personal growth.
Every woman carries responsibilities, influence, and opportunities that shape the lives of those around her. The Crown Pathway exists to encourage women to approach those roles with greater clarity, maturity, and sister/royal hood.
